August MVPs

August MVPs
Softbank Hawks' pitcher Kazumi Saitoh won the Pacific League MVP for pitchers in August, going 5 and 0 for the month. Orix Buffaloes' outfielder Karim Garcia won the PL MVP for position players, Garcia hitting 10 HRs and driving in 23 runs in August.

In the Central League, BayStars' pitcher Daisuke Miura won the CL MVP for pitchers going 3 and 1 with a 1.88 ERA with 2 complete games. Yakult Swallows' outfielder Norichika Aoki won the CL MVP for position players batting .419 with 44 hits in 25 games.
