Handling The Ichiro Rumors

Discussion in the Rumor Mill forum
Handling The Ichiro Rumors
1. Consider the source. The New York Post is a tabloid; are tabloids known for their honesty?

2. Read this [Seattle Times] in order to understand the validity of the Ichiro rumor (which was posted two weeks before these rumors).

3. Read this article [USS Mariner] in order to understand why rumors are created.

4. Read better fiction (Russian contemporary author Viktor Pelevin is quite enjoyable) and wait patiently for spring training to start.

The New York Post isn't fit to paper train a puppy.
About

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
