Where is Akinori Otsuka?
What happen to Akinori Otsuka? He was a very good closer for Texas and I was wondering why has he disappointed?

Any news on him?

From Wikipedia:

"Otsuka was not offered a new contract by the Rangers and became a free agent on December 12, 2007.

On January 10, 2008, Otsuka announced that he would undergo elbow surgery."

The last entry in his blog is from April and just says he's rehabbing in Arizona. Probably nothing has changed since then?
