Mariners Delegation To Japan To Meet Kuroda
Larry Larue in The News Tribune reported that the Seattle Mariners are so serious about signing Hiroki Kuroda that they are considering sending a delegation including Bill Bavasi to Japan to meet with Kuroda.

Seattle Mariners' delegation consists of general manager Bill Bavasi, manager John McLaren, and scout/interpreter Hide Sueyoshi according to this article in MLB.com. [Link]
