ESPN Classic Future/Past Suketto

Discussion in the Nichi-Bei forum
ESPN Classic Future/Past Suketto
I like watching old baseball games on ESPN Classic here in the U.S., and in almost every game, I see someone who either will play in Japan later or came back from Japan (a gaijin/suketto that is). Now I've decided to look for them consciously. Call it a "game" I guess. I particularly like those who were never big in the U.S. before they came to Japan - like there was one I saw a few days ago with Roberto Petagine in 1996 before his Swallow (then Giant) days.
About

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
