WBC First Round Updates
Woah, Canada almost lost to the minnows, South Africa. Had to make two come backs late in the game. Not looking good for the all important Mexico match when a left handed major leaguer (Perez?) will pitch against the super lefty heavy lineup.

The Dominican Republic got two homers each from Papi and Beltre to down Venezuela, pretty exciting stuff. And Puerto Rico holds off Panama for the close win. Cuba plays tomorrow.

All games are being shown on the 3 J-Sports channels in Japan, if you have cable.
