Cool clips at the mlb.com website

Discussion in the Nichi-Bei forum
Cool clips at the mlb.com website
The Major League baseball website has compiled about 10 clips on Japanese baseball and the Nichi-Bei series' of the past. They are pretty good and are in Real Player format, so Michael, you can watch them too. It also has the famous Oh vs Aaron homerun contest which was mentioned in another thread.

The Aaron vs. Oh duel was interesting to watch, as was the highlights of the 2000 All-Star Series. The "follies" clips were a little hard to see, though.

One note: the "Next Ichiro" headline mentions three high-profile Japanese free agents, but the article itself mentions Kazuo Matsui (who isn't yet available for free agency, and probably won't be posted), and fails to mention Nori Nakamura, who is a free agent, and who does have the opportunity to cross the Pacific.
