Woori Signs Takatsu
The Woori Heroes of the KBO signed pitcher Shingo Takatsu.

Takatsu was released by the Cubs in spring training. He went 0-5 with a 6.17 ERA in 25 games for the Yakult Swallows last year. In a 15 year NPB career, Takatsu is 36-46 record with 286 SVs in 598 games.
