ロッテ小林宏がオープン戦３度目の登板で、５回散発４安打１失点と好投した。これまでの２試合で計５回７失点と結果が出ていなかったが、持ち味とするテンポの良さが戻ってきた。「今日の感じは本当に良かったですよ」と手応えを感じていた。
