Giant comeback: Yomiuri battles for club's 4,999th victory
Kenji Yano provided the drive and the inspiration to tie it. His teammates did the rest.

Yano hit a two-run pinch-hit home run that stayed just fair to tie it in the seventh inning, and Michihiro Ogasawara doubled in the go-ahead run as the Yomiuri Giants beat the Chunichi Dragons 9-5 on Tuesday at Nagoya Dome.

The victory was the 4,999th in Giants history.
