Bah, the subject title was a pun on the SMAP song "Sekai ni hitotsu dake no hana" -- it doesn't really translate into English.

Sorry for translating the title. I figured it would be easier on the Kanji-impaired who use the Pro Yakyu News section as a portal to know what they're getting.
And my daughter says that SMAP are 時代遅れ (or something to that effect), so my exposure to them is very minimal.
She does get very upset when I confuse Arashi and/or Hey Say Jump with SMAP, though.

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.
