Suketto Turned Commentators
Here's a list of suketto that have turned commentator:

Player (team in Japan - now broadcasting for)

Rex Hudler (Swallows - Angels TV)
Darren Jackson (Lions - White Sox TV)
Orestes Destrade (Lions - ESPN/XM Radio)
Dan Gladden (Giants - Twins Radio)

Can anyone think of others?

Until a few years back, the Diamondbacks had Jim Traber doing radio for them and Rod Allen doing commentary on TV which I thought was interesting since they played in Japan at the same time and they both charged the mound (in separate incidents) and started a bench-clearing brawl that they still show sometimes on those "Kou-Chin Play" shows.

Listened to two of them. Orestes is pretty great as a color man and analyst, but DJ is just awful. I remember a home run call he made when Hawk was gone that was like, "That one's hit hard. It's going back there. And there it is." in the most monotone uninterested voice. He's a funny guy, whether he tries to be or not.

I forgot to mention that Royals play-by-play man, Ryan Lefebvre, is the son of former Lotte Orions infielder and later Lotte coach Jim Lefebvre.
