Global Cyclists

Global Cyclists
Who is the only player to hit for the cycle in both a Major League (MLB) regular season game and in an NPB regular season game in Japan? This came up during a Red Sox radio broadcast recently. It is Alex Ochoa, who did it in 1996 with the Mets at Philly and in 2004 with the Dragons in Tokyo Dome. Since cycles are very rare, nobody else may do this for quite some time.

Are there any Japanese players in the MLB right now who hit for the cycle in a game in Japan that any of our astute audience may be aware of?
About

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
