I thought I remember it being in English a few years ago, but wasn't sure. I've just voted in Japanese the past couple of years without checking for English links.
Now, if only some other official sites would go bilingual, ....

This is great! I can vote for the All-Stars and view the daily result updates.
I agree with Westbay. The NPB needs to do a better job of coordinated marketing among the teams to avoid the fate of the CFL. Many potential fans around the world are getting discouraged by not having easily accessable English and/or Spanish resources.

As of June 12, 2003, five Hanshin Tigers lead All-Star balloting with over a million votes each. Jeffrey William would have 1,032,782 if his votes weren't split into two catagories: Long reliever with 340,461 and Closer with 692,321.
Tuffy Rhodes leads all Pacific Leaguers with 880,135 votes.
