Carp Sign Douglass
As announced earlier, the Hiroshima Carp have signed pitcher Sean Douglass. Douglass went 9-1 with a 2.87 ERA in 14 games with AAA Toledo and went 5-5 with a 5.56 ERA in 18 games with the Detroit Tigers this year. Douglass will make a salary of $500,000 (USD) in 2006 along with peformance related incentives. [Full Story - Japan Ball]
