As announced earlier, the Hiroshima Carp have signed pitcher Sean Douglass. Douglass went 9-1 with a 2.87 ERA in 14 games with AAA Toledo and went 5-5 with a 5.56 ERA in 18 games with the Detroit Tigers this year.
