This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.
It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.

Josh Stewart has spent most of his time in the minor leagues, having only played 8 games at the major league level. You can see both his MLB and minor league stats on The Baseball Cube.
Nothing official has been announced by Orix for either player.
My first glance at Simon's stats led me to believe he'd probably do great over here, but then I read this scouting report from ESPN.com and figured he might have the same troubles chasing all the breaking balls thrown by Japanese pitchers.
