Venezuelan Players

Discussion in the Ask the Commish forum
Venezuelan Players
1) I have learned that Roberto Petagine has not signed any contract in Japan. Does he have some possibilities to sign with any club overthere?

2) Darwin Cubillan signed with Hanshin Tigers. Do you know the contract's figures?

3) Finally, what was the Alex Ramirez contract with Yakult?

Alex Cabrera is playing his second consecutive finals with the a Lions' team. This time the Caracas Lions of the Venezuela Winter League. Before yesterday he dispatched two towering homeruns in his team's loss against the Aragua Tigers. Caracas has a lot of big-leaguers (Bob Abreu (Phillies), Henry Blanco (Twins), Jose Castillo (Pirates), Marco Scutaro (Athletics), Tomas Perez (Phillies)); Aragua (Miguel Cabrera (Marlins), Ramon Hernandez (Padres).
