Welcome to the Pro Yakyu Forums

The number of forums have grown through the years to try to narrow down discussions to particular topics, such as news about high school baseball, Korean, Taiwanese, and other leagues. Please read the descriptions of each forum before posting to try to keep things organized well for people looking for information. Here are some of the main topics:

Posts are moderated. Contrary to what some would like to believe, moderation isn't put in place to prevent free speech. The purpose of moderation is two fold:

  1. To reduce noise caused by spammers, trolls, flamers, and racists; and
  2. To present arguments in an edited format so that the content stands on its own without distractions caused by poor grammar, punctuation, or layout. (In many cases, layout is added, such as to make lists stand out better.)

If you have a comment directed to the moderator, label it as such and it won't be posted. Please be logged in or include an e-mail address if you want a reply under such circumstances.
