This is the guy who bought a sizable amount of property in Vermont (New Hampshire?) recently, only to discover that the land contained over $1 billion (US) worth of granite.

Glad to see he's sticking to the game he loves; I wish him success. Good luck to him in what is shaping up to be a very comfortable retirement, too.

Met Matt today here in Yokohama accidentally at the immigration office. Seems like a real good chap with a good head on his shoulders. Hope to see him soon!

It was in Mass. But the real kicker is it's only worth what someone will pay for it.

Matt's property is in Massachusetts. We are wishing Matt good luck and a great baseball experience playing for the 'Stars. Will be following the games as much as possible.

Sally and Al Konishi (cousins).

Hi,

I would like to see if anyone could help me follow Matt's games? He is my cousin and my son and I would like to be able to listen to the games in English if possible.
