Phillies Sign Lin

Discussion in the Around Asia forum
Phillies Sign Lin
Lin Yen-Feng is the latest signing by a MLB team. The Phillies haven't had too much success with their past scouting forays into Asia.

I heard Lin throws in the low 90s. Anyone else have more info on the kid? What was his signing bonus?

Lin Yen-Feng was a member of the Taiwan National Team while he was in high school. He's the fourth player of his team to be signed professionally. He will report to spring training in Clearwater, Florida in March. [Full Story - MLB.com]
