Kenshin Kawakami to MLB?

Discussion in the Rumor Mill forum
Kenshin Kawakami to MLB?
I've heard rumors about Kenshin Kawakami going to MLB next season via the posting system, but I'm not sure if Kawakami is cut out for MLB. Isn't he the highest-paid pitcher in Japan?

Could somebody clear the air for me about Kawakami possibly going to MLB? If he does plan on it, then what is his pitch repertoire? I want to see Kawakami succeed, but I've never seen him pitch, so I have no clue what to expect.

Thanks all.

If he has a pulse, he's probably better than what the Phillies have been throwing out there (JD Durbin gave up seven first-inning runs the other night and did not retire a single batter; an ERA of infinity)! Seriously, based on the You Tube clips I've seen, Kawakami throws some heat and the guy hits a ton, a Brett Myers without the anger management issues.
